How can I pay?
You can pay with cash, check, Paypal or Venmo!
We don't take cards...yet!
What will my dog(s) eat while staying at MS Flyway Retrievers?
The owners are responsible to supply food for the visit!
When can I pick up or drop off?
You can pick up or drop off anytime Monday through Friday between 7:00 am - 10:00 am, or during our afternoon hours of 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm. On Saturdays we offer pickup and drop off times between 8:00 am - 10:00 am, or during the afternoon between 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm.
We are closed on Sundays.
Will my dog(s) be let out with other dogs?
We will assess your dog's behavior and temperament the first day and see if it's a good fit for playtime with friends. If you would rather your dog be let out alone, we will do that also. We understand all dogs are different and have different personalities and needs.
How often are the dogs let out?
It depends on the individual dog and its individual needs. Normally they will get let out 3-4 times a day. The amount of time that they'll spend outside depends on the weather and the individual dog we're caring for.
Will I be able to know how my dog is doing during their stay?
Yes, we love to share your dogs experience with you! We will keep you updated with multiple pictures and we're available for questions at anytime during their stay with us!

Can I have my dog bathed while they're there?
Yes!! We offer a SPAW package that your baby will be sure to enjoy! (bath & more)
How often can I visit during the gundog program?
We encourage a monthly visit during this program.
How often can I visit during the obedience program?
We allow a visit at the 3 week mark.
What happens if my dog gets sick while they're there?
We do everything possible to keep our facility as clean and sanitary as possible. We do require vaccinations before staying at our facility. If your dog shows symptoms of sickness while staying with us our on-call Veterinarian will be contacted. Your dog will be treated with medications we keep on hand and your dog will be kept separately from others. The requirements for boarding are Bordetella vaccine and Rabies vaccine. Requirements for training are Bordetella vaccine, Rabies vaccine and Flea medicine.

When you drop off your dog(s), you will be required to sign an agreement that states:

In the event my dog(s) need medical attention (minor or major), I authorize this establishment, veterinarian listed above or MS Flyway Retriever’s on-call veterinarian to provide necessary treatment for my pet at my expense. If my dog(s) is exposed to any sickness at MS Flyway Retrievers or shows symptoms before or after leaving, I am responsible for all vet care that may be needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that if you need to cancel, please let us know 48 hours in advance or there will be a $30 cancellation fee.
